ONLINE SESSION - Ancient Archetypal Healing and Guidance Session
Exploration of self through ancient wisdom, meditation and spiritual connection.
Service Description
An Ancient Archetypal Healing session opens a sacred space to explore what is moving through your life through connection with ancient teachers, sacred archetypes and elemental consciousness. We begin with a conversation about what has brought you here. You may arrive with a question, a repeating pattern, an emotion you want to understand or a desire to deepen your spiritual connection. You don’t need to know which archetype to work with; we allow the session to unfold naturally from your intention and what emerges within the space. From the comfort of your own home, you are invited to lie down or sit somewhere you feel safe and supported. I guide you into meditation, connecting you with your breath and body before opening the space through Source and inviting the wisdom and presence of the archetypes I work with. These include Thoth, Isis, Buddha and Hermes, alongside the ocean, river, lake, fire, air, earth and other nature-based and elemental archetypes. One may remain central to the session, or several may emerge as different layers of your experience are explored. The session moves naturally between guided meditation, conversation, intuitive guidance and distance energy work. I share messages, imagery and impressions that arise, while making space for your own sensations, emotions, visions and moments of recognition. Together, we explore how the archetypal teachings connect with your experiences, relationships, patterns and understanding of yourself. There is space to meet your shadows with compassion, move into emotional depth, explore what you are ready to release and connect with the qualities, wisdom or energies you are being invited to embody. You can ask questions and share what you are experiencing throughout, or simply rest and receive. Sound, essences, crystals and other energetic tools may be woven into the session from my space as I work intuitively with your energetic field. Your consent, comfort and inner knowing remain central as we move through the experience. We close with grounding and reflection, exploring what holds meaning for you and how you may wish to bring the insights, teachings and energetic shifts from the session into your everyday life. Your own knowing and inner authority remain at the heart of the work.
